When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. If you select GTA delivery, we also collect your delivery address. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Stripe & Cross-Border Data Transfers

Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. AionGifts never sees or stores your full card number.

As required by Stripe's terms for Canadian merchants, please be aware that your personal data (including name, email, and payment details) may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States or other countries outside of Canada. As a result, your information may be subject to disclosure under the laws of those jurisdictions.

Cookies

We use a single cookie (aiongifts_cart) to store your cart contents for up to 7 days so you don't lose your selections. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
